Refund & Return Policy

At Adaptive Agriculture, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund policy applies to all products purchased directly from


  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.  Please call us prior to return.
  • Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders), and items that have been used or test, such as fuel pumps, hose (etc).



  • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 332 Packham Avenue, Saskatoon SK S7N 2T1
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. These costs are not refundable.
