Supported Sensors:

1. In-Bin Grain Cables (Temp & Moisture):

Monitor grain condition through grain temperature monitoring systems and enable automated drying and hydration processes.

2. Headspace CO₂ & Laser Level Sensor:

  • CO₂ Alerts: Detect spoilage risk up to 10 days before traditional temperature cables.
  • Laser Inventory: Tracks grain levels with 1 cm accuracy to support operations and sales planning.

3. Ambient Sensor (Temp & RH):

Measures outside air conditions to inform drying and hydration indices and enable automation based on environmental conditions.

4. Plenum Sensor (Temp, RH & Static Pressure):

Installed between the fan and bin, it enables:

  • Advanced Analysis Charts: Visualize Drying vs. Hydrating, Water Content, and Moisture Trends.
  • Supplemental Heat Control: Regulates construction heaters to extend drying into cooler seasons.
  • Fan Performance Monitoring: Converts static pressure to CFM and CFM/bu to assess airflow efficiency.

Supported Control Modules:

1. Heater+ Module:

Controls construction heaters for supplemental drying. Requires Plenum Sensor and Adapter Plate.

2. Exhaust+ Module:

Automates exhaust fans to reduce headspace humidity—especially useful for oilseeds. Works with Grain Cable Top-Node or Headspace CO₂/Temp/RH sensor.

3. Aeration+ Module:

Automates fan operation for natural air drying, cool-down, and hydration. Ambient Sensor is required; Plenum Sensor recommended for validation and enhanced accuracy.
