Our Bindapt technology enables farmers to precisely control the temperature and moisture levels within their grain bins, thereby preventing spoilage and preserving the
quality of their harvested crops. By automating the aeration process, farmers
can respond quickly to changing environmental conditions, ensuring that stored
grains remain within the optimal storage conditions.
Smart Devices combined with an Aeration+ Control box can automate the Aeration process relieving the need to travel to the bin site and provides in-depth analysis on visual farm platform. Our platform will indicate if you are Drying or Hydrating based on all the sensor data and provide an estimated time of completion.
Natural Air Drying Requires: Smart Device, Plenum Sensor, Aeration+ Control Module (and Aeration Fan), and In-Bin Grain Cables.
Supplemental Heat Air Drying Requires: Smart Device, Plenum Sensor, Aeration+ Control Module (and Aeration Fan), Heater+ Control Module (Construction Heater), and In-Bin Grain Cables.
Hydration Requires: Smart Device, Plenum Sensor, Ambient Sensor, Aeration+ Control Module (and Aeration Fan), and In-Bin Grain Cables.
