The Bindapt Adapter Plates (US Patent 10,709,145 B2, Canada Patent Pending) are a solution to help you get the most out of your heater and fan. The Adapter Plate is designed to fit all inline and centrifugal fans and allow external air to mix with heated air in your fan. The Adapter Plate is welded steel and very durable. Two ratchet straps are included to attach the adapter plate to your fan. The front face is tuned to allow the correct amount of air flow, and couples with a secondary ring (included). We have recently designed more secondary ring options to fit high speed 10-20 HP aeration fans , and 10-40 HP low speed high CFM secondary cones that also have the ability to add a second heater to the same bin. The original two piece adapter plate is be paired with secondary adapters engineered for 3-40HP fans to produce optimal air flow and prevent starvation of the fan.
The Adapter Plate face has quick release tabs to attach your heater socks. Adding heat to your grain while drying can assist greatly in the drying process. This Adapter allows you to attach your heat source immediately and in combination with the Bindapt Thermostat can save you up to $90/day in fuel expenses.
These systems are designed to be easy to setup and transfer from bin to bin.
